The Lower Polk Alleyways District is a creative placemaking project of the Lower Polk Community Benefit District and Lower Polk Neighbors that aims to build community through the artistic and cultural programming of the neighborhood’s network of alleyways.

Sgt. Macaulay Park is located at the corner of O’Farrell and Larkin Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin Neighborhood. Macaulay Park is one of only a few playgrounds in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood.
